Cell Phones and the White House

Mobile phones have been around for decades now, so one would think that we know when in important meetings or enclosed spaces that we should either turn the phone off or switch it to vibrate. Inevitably though, there is always someone who forgets to turn theirs off and it rings during the climatic scene of a great movie. Even the White House isn't immune to this problem. Have a look at what happens during a recent press briefing with not one but two cell phones ringing in the span of two minutes.
